These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website blissbound.uk and your relationship with Blissbound Ltd ("Blissbound", "we" or "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Orders
2.1 All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
2.2 Product descriptions, images and prices are accurate at the time of publishing but are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the methods provided at checkout.
3.3 We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment details.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
4.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
5. Returns & Cancellations
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.
5.2 To cancel your order, please download the return form from our website and enclose it with your returned parcel. This form is required for processing the return.
5.3 Returned goods must physically reach us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Goods must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
5.4 We will refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
5.5 You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This is permitted under UK law, provided this condition is clearly communicated prior to purchase – which it is in this policy.
5.6 For hygiene reasons, the following sealed products are non-returnable if unsealed after delivery, unless faulty: thermal bottles/cups, bidons, underwear (men’s and women’s), and swimwear. These exclusions apply only if the products were sealed for health protection and the seal was broken after delivery, in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
6.1 If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement.
6.2 We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on this site including images, text, graphics and logos is the property of Blissbound Ltd or its licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our site or products.
8.2 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
