HOW TO MEASURE?

Length:

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the T-shirt4

Shoulder Width:

Measure straight across the shoulders from seam to seam

Chest:

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level

Hem:

Measure the width around the bottom edge of the T-shirt

For best results, measure a similar T-shirt you already own and compare it with the table above.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist keeping the tape comfortably loose

Hip:

Measure around the fullest part of your hips

Thigh/ Leg Width:

Measure around the widest part of your upper thigh

Leg Opening:

Measure the width of the leg opening at the hem

Length:

Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem of the shorts

For best accuracy measure a similar garment laid flat
