Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, keeping the tape measure comfortably snug.

Hips:

Measure around thee fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape measure level.

Inseam:

Measure gym the crotch down to the ankle, following the inside of your leg.
